At first, you will be picked up by our guide at the hotel. Soon after you will be heading downtown where the tour takes place.
Your first stop is San Antonio Park, a sort of open-air gallery that includes some of Botero's sculptures. Botero is a famous Colombian artist known for playing with the proportions of his subjects. Here, you will be able to walk around as you learn more about the city with your guide. You will also visit gastronomic spots where you will get to enjoy some local treats!
Next, you'll visit the Palacio de la Cultura Rafael Uribe Uribe, an iconic Gothic Revival building located in the heart of Medellin. You will explore its grand architecture, learn about its fascinating history, and appreciate the cultural exhibitions housed within. The building also offers great views of the nearby Plaza Botero and the city center.
Continuing with Botero’s topic you will head to the last stop: Botero Square. The only open-air place in the world with 23 sculptures by the artist.
