The city is considered one of the most attractive in the western Colombian Andes. It also brings together charming traditional architecture, exuberant nature and a rich coffee culture in one place, which on top of that is very easy to visit.

Here, you will be able to walk around Calle Real and the square to see the traditional houses with their colorful facades and balconies. You will also stop at some viewpoints and take some time just to enjoy the place. You will have time to have something to eat.
After a full experience in the heart of the Coffee Triangle, and having some time to take pictures or getting yourself some souvenirs, you will be driven back to your hotel.
Some say there is an endless spring around the coffee region, its annual average temperature is 18ºC. This is an ecosystem with a very humid climate, you can expect light rain almost daily.
The weather in Salento region is usually warm and temperate, with some cloudy intervals. We recommend you wear comfortable and cool cotton clothing, walking shoes and a cap. Don't forget to use sunscreen even if the sky is cloudy.
